| 摘 要： | 汉英姓名看似简单，其实包含着丰富的涵义，这是由于汉英民族受不同民族文化的影响而形成了不同的姓名习俗。通过对汉英姓名的起源及现状作分析对照，可使汉语使用者能从姓名中了解对方，以便更好地称呼对方。从五个方面分析对比汉英姓名，揭示它们之间的异同。

| Abstract: | Chinese and English names look simple but actually include colorful connotations for Chinese and English develop in different cultural backgrounds and have formed different customs of naming. Through the analysis of the origin and present condition both in Chinese and English, the Chinese people may know something from their names and greet each other better ,This essay attempts to reveal the similarities and differences between them from five aspects. |
