分子印迹聚合物选择性识别水中痕量有毒有机污染物的研究进展

摘    要:分子印迹聚合物是为了捕获目标分子而设计的具有特异空穴的合成聚合物.借助于分子识别原理,分子印迹技术可作为检测各类化合物的选择性工具,例如液相色谱、固相萃取、生物传感器等.在讨论β-环糊精强化识别能力的分子印迹聚合物的设计与合成的基础上,介绍了分子印迹聚合物在测定水环境中痕量有毒有机污染物方面的应用状况,特别强调了作为选择性固相萃取吸附剂的分子印迹聚合物从复杂基质中对于目标分析物的特异性萃取.

Abstract:Molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) are synthetic polymers possessing specific cavities designed for a target molecule. By a principle of molecular recognition, the molecularly imprinted techniques (MITs) can be used as selective tools such as liquid chromatography, solid-phase extraction (SPE) and biosensors in determination of various compounds. Based on the discussion that the recognition ability to organic molecules can be strengthened by β-cyclodextrin in design and syn- thesis of MIPs, application of MIPs in determination of deleterious organic pollutants at trace concentration in aqueous media is described with a special emphasis on MIPs as selective SPE sorbent for the selective extraction of target analyses from complex matrices.
