大比表面积活性氧化锌在轮胎肩垫胶中的应用

摘    要:研究了大比表面积活性氧化锌在轮胎肩垫胶中的应用效果。试验结果表明 ,用 5份大比表面积活性氧化锌替代 8份普通氧化锌 ,胶料的门尼粘度略有下降 ,焦烧时间和t10 稍有延长 ,t90 缩短 ;硫化胶的邵尔A型硬度、拉伸强度、30 0 %定伸应力和撕裂强度均有所提高 ,而扯断伸长率和固特里奇生热有所降低 ;采用试验配方生产的轮胎成品性能明显提高 ,且配方成本下降

Abstract:The application of the active zinc oxide with large specific surface to the shoulder pad was investigated.The results of test compound using 5 phr of active zinc oxide with large specific surface instead of 8 phr of conventional zinc oxide showed that the Mooney viscosity decreased a little,the scorch time and t 10 increased a little, t 90 reduced;the shore A hardness,tensile strength,300% modulus and tear strength of vulcanizate increased,and the elongation at break and Goodrich heat build-up decreased;the performance of finished tire using test compound improved significantly,and the formula cost decreased.
