| Abstract: | IEC61850 is the only international standard for communication network platform teacnolygy and system for digital subtation since it has been issued.DL/t 860 is one of basis technology of smart grid which is derived from IEC61850.In order to master and apply revolutionary result brought about by DL/T 860 and promote digital substation development,the paper discusses construction and circulating maintenance of the digital substation. |
