蜗杆磨削用砂轮修型方法研究

摘    要:蜗杆的应用越来越广泛,精度要求也越来越高。磨削是提高此类零件加工精度的关键,磨削用砂轮截型的精确计算是保证精度的前提。文中提出一种蜗杆磨削用砂轮截型的计算方法。利用计算机图形学理论模拟蜗杆磨削的空间运动,通过空间几何的相对变换,推导砂轮的截型数据以得到砂轮的精确截型,同时避免干涉。
