| 摘 要： | 设计一种数字视频领域用于设备测试评估的测试设备低成本解决方案。该方案采用USB2．0接口，带有存储深度为16MB可扩展缓存，针对数字视频领域的不同应用，配置相应的FPGAIP核，配合I／O接口模块和PC应用软件对被测试模块、系统进行有效评估。

| Abstract: | A low-cost test device applied in digital video freuency field to evaluate hardware logical function and performance is designed.To be configured with USB2.0 bus,and 16MB buffer,the device has good expansibility.IP Core downloaded to the system through JTAG,combined with different I/O connection module with PC application,the test device can evaluate the hardware module or the card in an effective way. |
