铜掺杂对尖晶石锂锰氧化物性能的影响

摘    要:用溶胶-凝胶法制备了不同量铜掺杂尖晶石锂锰氧化物,并用扫描电镜、恒电流充放电、循环伏安等方法研究了制备样品的性能。结果表明:随掺杂量增加,样品材料的充放电容量降低,充放电效率增大,循环稳定性增加。

Abstract:Spinels LiMn2O4 with different Cu-doping compositions were prepared by sol-gel process and the products were characterized by scaning electron micrographs , constant current charge-discharge and cyclic voltammogramso Results show that the charge/discharge capacity decrease with increasing of the doping compositions, however charge/discharge efficiency and cyclic properties increase.
