湿法炼锌净化工艺的选择

摘    要:广西来宾冶炼厂锌系统新液净化工艺在技改前采用两段间断净化流程,锌系统扩产后将采用三段连续深度净化的工艺流程。在选定工艺流程时,除最主要是满足电解对新液的要求外,还要考虑净化杂质的富集与综合回收,以及锌粉等的能耗和环保问题。

Abstract:The two-segment uncontinuous purifying process was utilized in Zinc system of Laibin smelter before technique innovation. The three-segment continuous purifying process had been taken place of it after the system increased productivity. When choosing the technique flow, in addition to satisfy the requirement of electrolysis, the accumulation and reclamation of impurities, the energy consumption and environmental protection issue should also be considered.
