45钢喷射电镀Ni层激光重熔温度场数值模拟及其性能研究

摘    要:根据传热学理论和数值模拟方法研究了45钢喷射电镀Ni层激光重熔温度场的分布规律,考虑了热物性参数、对流换热、相变潜热等随温度变化的因素,应用ANSYS有限元分析软件,建立了连续移动三维瞬态激光重熔喷射电镀Ni层温度场的计算模型。利用建立的模型所优选的参数,进行了激光重熔试验,研究了45钢喷射电镀Ni层激光重熔后试件的性能特点。

Abstract:Distribution regularity of temperature field of laser remelted Ni-coating,oriented by jet electroforming of 45 steel,was studied according to the heat transfer theory and numerical simulation method.Considering the thermophysical parameters,heat convection and phase-change latent heat,computing model of transient temperature field of 3D moving jet electroplated coating laser remelting was build up with Finite Element Method.Laser remelting experiment was carried out with the optimized parameters in the model,and the performance and character of the sample of laser remelted Ni-coating were also studied.
