多元低合金贝氏体铸钢磨球的研究和应用

摘    要:针对常用磨球材质脆性大,耐磨性低,磨耗高,我们研制了多元低合金贝氏作铸钢磨球,它具有硬度高、硬度均匀性好和韧性高等特点,用于磨矿生产,磨耗接近高铬铸铸铁磨球,成本降低30%~40%,综合效益显著。

Abstract:To counter the situation that usual grinding ball has high brittleness, low wear-resistance,high wear-consumption, the author studied and developed multi-element low alloy bainitic cast steel grinding ball, it has high and even hardness and high toughness. Being used in grinding ore production, its wear-consumption is near to that of high chromium cast iron grinding balls, its production cost is 30%-40% less than the high chromium cast iron grinding ball's, and the good economic benefit is obtained.
