自同步相位差角的研究

摘    要:根据对自同步振动同步性能的分析,进一步论证了两电机相位差角随转速比的变化规律,首次提出了相位差角的计算测试新方法,并通过对实际振动筛(ZKZ2460)的测试处理,验证了本文观点的正确性。该研究对今后自同步振动机的设计、制造、检测等都具有指导意义。

Abstract:The paper further demonstrates the full frequency sechon change law with revoluhon ratio of tWo motor's phase differenhal angle based on analyzing the synchronous Performance of self synchronous vibrating screen. And firstly advances the new calculation method for measuring the phase differential angle With the method a vibboon screen is really tested, which Ptoves out the author's point of view This will play significant guide for designing, manufacturing and measuring the self-synchronous vibrator in the future.
