激光熔覆Ni包铸造碳化钨提高材料的耐磨性

摘    要:在激光熔覆金属陶瓷层中,陶瓷相的组织结构特征及分布状态在很大程度上影响着金属陶瓷层的性能。分别利用镍包铸造碳化钨颗粒和铸造碳化钨颗粒进行激光熔覆,对两种涂层进行对比,并对镍包碳化钨涂层的耐磨性及影响因素进行研究。研究结果表明,镍包铸造碳化钨颗粒涂层的质量良好,无裂纹,在Al2O3磨粒干磨损条件下耐磨性比基体提高3-16倍。

Abstract:The microstructure and distribution of ceramic phases in the laser cladding layer of cerarnet has a great effect on its properties. In this paper, the laser cladding layer using Ni-coated cast WC powder and conventional cast WC powder were compared. And the wear-resistance and influencing factors of the former was studied. The research results show that the cladding layer of Ni-coated WC powder has a good quality without cracks. And the wear-resistance, under the condition of a dry AL2 O3 abrasive wearing, is 3-16 times that of the substrate.
