| 摘 要： | 对圆环链冷会刺的加工刀具的设计方法进行了进一步研究，指出了该刀具应满足的基本要求，分析了刀刃的理论廓形，设计出了刀刃的近似廓形，并对该廓形的特点进行了分析，给出了实验结果，其结论对圆环链冷去刺工艺的进一步研究将有一定的促进作用。

| Abstract: | This paper further studies on the designing method of the cutter for coldly removing the fins on the chain rings, points out the cutter's basic specifications must be met, analyzes the cutter's theoritical profile, draws out the approximate shape of the cutter chin and discusses the characteristics of the chin, offers test results. The work done by the author is helpful for the process of coldly eliminating the rags of chain rings. |
