| Abstract: | Combining the different expert points of view on the power for economics growing with the current situation and the main problems faced by Chinese manufacturing enterprises,Prof GUO Chongqing pointed out in this paper the primacy problem of the Chinese enterprises is of management rather than technics or fund. It is a project of systems engineering to vitalize Chinese enterprises. |
