| 摘 要： | 采用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、硬度机等对表面已开裂破损45钢冷冲模具的组织、性能和断口进行研究分析。结果表明,冷冲模具的显微组织为铁素体和珠光体,有加工硬化现象,断裂类型以微韧性断裂为主并伴有疲劳,开裂失效的主要原因是材料强度不足。

| Abstract: | The micmstmcture, properties and cracks of the fractured cold pressing die made of 45 steel were analyzed by optical microscope, scan electronic microscope and micro- hardness instrument. The results show that the microstmcture of the die material is composed by pearlite and ferrite, and there is work hardening feature. The die fracture is mainly gliding fracture with some fatigues. The main reason for the die fracture failure is lack of steel strength. |
