| 摘 要： | 以对苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMT)、聚乙二醇(PEG)、乙二醇(EG)以及羟基硅油为原料合成了有机硅改性亲水聚酯整理剂,并用于涤纶织物的亲水整理.讨论了ω(DMT)、ω(羟基硅油)以及缩聚反应时间对合成产物性能的影响,通过红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、核磁共振(1H-NMR)、热性能分析(TG-DTA)和扫描电镜(SEM)测试,表征了有机硅改性亲水聚酯的结构和性能.结果表明:经有机硅改性亲水聚酯整理的涤纶织物,水滴吸收时间和静电半衰期分别为11.5 s和4.0 s,手感分数为8.5,具有良好的吸湿性和柔软性,水洗30次后水滴吸收时间和静电半衰期仍可达到13.0 s和6.0 s,手感分数为8.0,能赋予织物较耐久的吸湿性和柔软性.
