| 摘 要： | 以多聚甲醛和尿素为主要原料,制备了一种低成本高含固量的硬挺剂甲醚化脲醛树脂(MUF),用于涤纶织物的硬挺整理中.通过探讨尿素/多聚甲醛(U/F)和甲醇/多聚甲醛的摩尔分数比,以及改性剂聚乙烯醇(PVA)和捕醛剂M的用量对MUF树脂的稳定性及布面游离甲醛含量的影响,获得了MUF树脂的优化配方,即:U/F摩尔分数比1∶2.1,PVA用量3％(相对尿素质量分数比),甲醇/多聚甲醛的摩尔分数比为4,捕醛剂M的用量为甲醚化脲醛树脂用量的4％.合成的MUF树脂硬挺效果良好,整理织物的抗弯长度达50 mm.

| Abstract: | A low cost and high solid content stiffening agent,methylated urea-formaldehyde(MUF) resin,is prepared with paraformaldehyde and urea as raw materials,and it is applied to stiffening finish of polyester fabric.Influences of molar ratios of urea/paraformaldehyde(U/F) and methanol/formaldehyde,and dosages of the modifier of polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) and formaldehyde scavenger(M) on the stability of MUF resin and free formaldehyde content on fabric surface are discussed.The optimum MUF synthesis conditions are U/... |
