BiVO4/膨润土负载型光催化剂的制备及其性能

摘    要:采用溶液燃烧法制备了不同煅烧温度的BiVO4/膨润土负载型可见光催化剂,并以C.I.活性蓝19为目标降解物,研究其催化性能.采用X射线衍射(XRD)、场发射扫描电镜(FE-SEM)、比表面积(BET)、紫外-可见漫反射光谱(UV-vis DRS)等测试手段,对光催化剂的晶型、表面形貌、颗粒大小、光吸收范围等进行了表征.结果表明,300℃煅烧的BiV04/膨润土为单斜晶型,晶粒尺寸约为30nm,在可见光400~500 nm处有强吸收;其对活性蓝19的光催化性能较好,2h光照后的脱色率可达93.9%.
