射孔测试联作加压点火期间测试器关井原因分析

摘    要:在射孔测试联作施工中,点火时环空加压超过某一压力值将发生管柱上窜,泄压后测试管柱下行,测试阀关闭的现象,影响负压射孔效果和地质资料的录取。通过对测试管柱井下受力分析,推导给出环空加压点火时,多流测试阀关闭最高井口加压压力上限值计算公式,并验证了其正确性。应用该公式在射孔测试联作工程设计中,可以有效防止在测试过程中因环空加压值过大造成异常关井现象。
