水解酸化—膜生物反应器处理油田采油污水实验

摘    要:针对采油污水成分复杂、化学需氧量高和可生化性差等特点,采用水解酸化—膜生物反应器处理油田采油污水,研究了水解酸化对污水可生化性的影响,考察了水解酸化—膜生物反应器对油田采油污水的处理效果.实验结果表明:当水力停留时间为8-10 h时,水解酸化可将污水生化需氧量与化学需氧量的比值提高至0.44,化学需氧量去除率达34%.水解酸化—膜生物反应器对油的去除率大于96%,对采油污水化学需氧量的去除率大于70%,对悬浮物去除率大于98%,出水水质好.采用扫描电镜能谱分析和荧光分析法对膜表面污染物进行分析后认为,生物粘泥及钙、铁等离子形成的硬垢是造成膜污染的主要因素.通过清洗方法对比研究,确定了水洗—碱洗—酸洗的清洗工艺,该方法使膜通量恢复率达99.2%.

Abstract:In view of the high COD concentration,complex components and weak biodegradability of oilfield wastewater,a combined process of hydrolytic acidification-MBR is used for treatment of oilfield wastewater,and the treatment performance is studied herein.The results show that the acidification reactor can significantly improve the BOD_5/COD ratio of oilfield wastewater,under the conditions of HRT 8-10 h,the BOD_5/COD ratio can reach 0.44,and the average removal efficiencies of COD are 34%.The acidification-MBR c...
