| 摘 要： | 从樟树叶中提取天然染料并用于真丝绸染色,讨论了氢氧化钠浓度、提取温度、提取时间和料液比等对樟树叶天然染料提取效果的影响,以及染色pH值、染色温度、染色时间、硫酸钠用量等对真丝绸染色效果的影响.结果表明,碱性条件更有利于樟树叶中天然染料提取,其优化工艺为:氢氧化钠0.3 mol/L,提取温度100℃,提取时间80 min,料液比1:30;樟树叶提取液对真丝绸直接染色的优化工艺则为:染色pH值3.00 ～3.50,染色温度90℃,染色时间60 min,浴比50:1;染色真丝绸具有一定的牢度,媒染可适当提高染色真丝绸的染色牢度.

| Abstract: | A natural dye is extracted from camphor leaves and applied to silk dyeing.Influence of extraction condition on extraction yield,such as NaOH concentration,extraction temperature,extraction time and material ratio are studied.Factors exerting influence on dyeing results including dyeing pH,dyeing temperature,dyeing time,Na2SO4 concentration,as well as effects of mordant type and method on dyeing properties and fastness are discussed.The results show that alkaline condition is more conducive to extraction.The... |
