摘    要:为了提高埕东油田西区采油污水配制聚合物溶液的粘度,根据该区污水配制聚合物溶液粘度降低的影响因素和污水的特点,提出了首先采用生物接触氧化工艺去除污水中还原态硫化物,然后采用超滤反渗透工艺降低金属离子的质量浓度,形成了一套采油污水生物接触氧化与超滤反渗透处理集成工艺.通过工艺处理,可以有效降低污水中显著影响聚合物溶液粘度的因素——物质的质量浓度,将污水中还原性硫化物的质量浓度由6mg/L降低为0 mg/L,钠离子的质量浓度由3 541 mg/L降低为248mg/L,镁离子的质量浓度由120 mg/L降低为0 mg/L,用处理后的污水配制的聚合物溶液的粘度达到35 mPa.B,粘度保持率达70%以上,达到现场聚合物驱的生产要求.

Abstract:In a pilot polymer/foam flood project in Chengdong oilfield,the polymer solution with foam added are injected alternatively,and dramatic viscosity loss is observed in the oilfield produced water.After analyzing the reason,we verify that the sulfide,the SRB and iron in the produced water cause the loss of polymer viscosity.According to these reasons and the producing water characteristics,bio-oxidation and ultra-filtration-reverse osmosis technology are combined to treat the producing water.The technology ca...
