摘    要:以甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯、丙烯酸正丁酯、甲基丙烯酸丁酯为聚合单体,采用乳液共聚法制备了短氟链拒水拒油整理剂.FT-IR分析表明:3种单体发生了共聚,所制备的聚合物乳液平均粒径为76.9 nm,粒径分布相对均匀,乳液稳定性良好.探讨了聚合物氟含量对棉织物拒水拒油整理效果的影响,结果表明:随着聚合物氟含量增加,乳液用于整理织物的拒水拒油性也逐渐提高.聚合物氟含量34%时,该聚合物乳液整理后的棉织物拒水性可以达到4级,拒油性可达1级,对水接触角为130.5°.

Abstract:Short-chain water and oil repellent finishing agent was prepared by emulsion co-polymerization using hexafluoro-n-butul methacrylate,butyl acrylate and butyl methacrylateas as monomers.FT-IR analysis showed that there was copolymerization among the three acrylate monomers.The average particle size of the emulsion was about 76.9 nm,and the distribution was relatively uniform,which provided the emulsion with excellent stability.The effect of fluorine content in the polymer on the water-and oil-repellency was ...
