碟形金属波纹管的轴向刚度研究

摘    要:采用有限元软件ANSYS对碟形金属波纹管的轴向刚度进行了非线性分析,并进行了轴向刚度试验,将试验结果、有限元分析结果与曲梁简化模型推导出的刚度计算公式,以及原有焊接波纹管的刚度计算公式进行了对比,结合U形波纹管轴向刚度的计算结果,验证了有限元和曲梁简化公式的正确性,具有一定的工程应用价值。

Abstract:The axial stiffness of V - shape metal bellows was researched by nonlinear finite elment method and stiffness test. The results are compared with the simplified formula induced by beam model and the stiffness formula of weld bellows. And the comparison combined with the calculation results of U - shape bellows show that finite element method and the beam model formula are valuable to the stiffness design of V - shape metal bellows. It can be used for engineering application.
