内插保温层混凝土空心砌块热工性能数值模拟分析

摘    要:根据国家对建筑能耗节能50%和节材的要求,目前在夏热冬冷地区对建筑围护结构普遍采用空心砌块以满足对热阻的要求。应用模拟软件FLUENT对内插保温层混凝土空心砌块的热工性能进行数值模拟,并分别从热传导、热对流和热辐射三个方面对模拟结果进行了详细的分析,找出存在的不足,从而为改善砌块的热工性能提供了较为有效的途径。

Abstract:According to the request of energy saving 50% of building energy consumption and material saving by eountry, for the moment, hollow building blocks were widely used in building envelope to satisfy the request of thermal resistance in hot summer and cold winter zone. To complete numerical simulation on the thermal characteristics of concrete hollow building block with inserting thermal insulation layer by the software FLUENT, the simulation result was analyzed from three aspects, and the deficiency of the concrete hollow building block with inserting thermal insulation layer was found out. Consequently,more effective approaches to improve the thermal characteristics of block were put forward.
