摘    要:纳米微粒(又称超细微粒)是一种新型材料·本文较详细地介绍了用小角x射线散射法测定其粒度分布的理论基础,实验条件和各种试样的制备方法,提出实验中应注意的几个问题。展望小角x射线散射法测定纳米微粒粒度分布的前景。

Abstract:Nanometre Particles (Ultrafine particles) are a new type of material. This paper introduces in detail the theoretical basis, experimental conditions, and various methods of measuring the size distribution of ultrafine particles with Small Angle X-ray Scattering (SAXS) method, puts forward some problems which should be paid attention to in experiments, and looks into the prospects for the application of SAXS method to the measurement of size distribution of ultrafine particles.
