摘    要:PDC钻头钻进过程中,钻速快、钻时小、岩屑破碎严重、烃类物质损失大,造成在录井时岩性和油气显示难以识别、层位难以卡取.为解决以上录井难题,将钻时比例放大法、微钻时曲线对数放大法及岩屑图像放大方法应用于PDC钻头录井中,经过试用证实,这些放大方法初步解决了上述录井难题,具有较好的效果.

Abstract:During drilling with PDC bit, penetration rate was rapid, drilling time was short, rock breaking was serious, the loss of hydrocarbons was great, which made it difficult to identify lithology and oil-gas shows and stick horizons during mud logging. In order to deal with the above problems, the drilling time linear amplification, micro-drilling time curve logarithmic amplification and cutting image multiplication method have been used into PDC bit mud logging. The applied results approved that these amplifying methods preliminarily solved the above mud logging problems and had the real effectiveness.
