流量调节阀性能检测系统设计

摘    要:采用高精度数据采集、脉宽调制(PWM)方法的运动控制、串口通信等技术,设计了一套基于虚拟仪器的流量调节阀性能检测系统,实现对调节阀调节范围的设定及其升程-流量工作特性、执行器稳定性等性能参数的检测.该系统硬件由压力传感器、质量流量传感器、可编程控制器、PWM信号发生器、数据采集卡、工控计算机及电源模块等构成.软件采用上、下位机分布式测试模式,上位机负责数据采集分析,下位机负责串口通信.测试结果表示,系统最大流量标准偏差为0.04kg/h,位置稳定标准偏差为0.04mm,测量能力指标(Cg、Cgk)均≥1.33,符合设备设计要求.

Abstract:For the requirements of test instruction for flow regulator,a set of automatic detection system based on the LabVIEW was designed.It was combined with high-precision data acquisition,motor control and serial communication,etc.It realized flow regulator adjusting with range of upper and lower limit position setting and work-flow characteristic curve of verification,the stability and repeatability of actuator,etc.In this paper,the hardware composition composed by pressure sensor,flow sensor,PLC,PWM generator,...
