摘    要:昆明超冠人造板厂位于国家级风景名胜区附近,每天产生的废水仅50 m3,但成分复杂,含有纤维素、SS、泥垢、溶解性有机污染物等,废水COD为160~200 mg/L、BOD5为80~100mg/L、SS为200~250 mg/L,采用CASS/MBR工艺处理后,出水水质达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准(》GB 18918—2002)一级A标准。该工程已通过环保部门的验收,运行稳定,处理出水回用于冷却用水、绿化用水。该工程投资约20万元,运行费用为0.92元/m3,处理水回用后每年节约水费为5万多元。

Abstract:Kunming Chaoguan Wood-based Panel Factory is located near the national landscape and famous scenery.Only 50 m3 wastewater is discharged from this factory every day,but its composition is complex,containing cellulose,SS,dissolved organic pollutants and so on.COD,BOD5 and SS are 160 to 200 mg/L,80 to 100 mg/L and 200 to 250 mg/L respectively.After being treated by CASS/MBR process,the effluent quality can meet the first level A criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918-2002).This project is accepted by the environmental protection department and operates stably.The effluent is reused as cooling water and greening water.This project investment is 200 000 yuan and its operation cost is 0.92 yuan/m3.After the treated water is reused,the water cost of 50 000 yuan per year is saved.
