| Abstract: | With 2-ethyl hexyl acrylate(2-EHA),methyl acrylate(MA) and acrylic acid(AA) as comonomers,polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) as dispersant,benzoyl peroxide(BPO) as initiator,the microsphere PSA(pressure sensitive adhesive) with repeatable bonding was prepared by suspension polymerization method.The influences of some factors such as mass ratio of water to oil,mass ratio of soft to hard monomers,dispersant types and mix round speed were investigated on polymer particle size and PSA's properties.The results showed that the corresponding microsphere PSA has good repeelable and repeatable bonding when mass ratios of water to oil and soft to hard monomers were 3∶1 and 6∶1 respectively,mass fraction of PVA-1788 was 1.00%,and mix round speed was 300 r/min. |
