校企优势互补,激活实践教学资源

从用人单位的反馈看,工科专业毕业生的实践技能和工程能力普遍存在着不足。从教学资源的角度观察,工科专业实践教学效果不好,与实践教学资源不足甚至缺失有着直接关系。对于普通高等院校,应对实践教学资源不足的问题,重点在于发展学校与企业的合作,把学校企业之间的科研合作转化为教学资源。通过学校与企业之间的优势互补,我们在人力资源、物力资源和新概念教材编写等多个方面开展互补性合作,激活学校内部和外部的教学资源。
