影响ZDDP T203的因素分析及在生产中的效应

摘    要:通过对影响T203产品的多因素分析,摸索出了在工业化中制备的最佳条件为:(1)制酸阶段:P2S5选用硫磷比A1~A2左右的,辛醇与P2S5的摩尔比为C2∶1,加辛醇温度为85℃,反应温度为95℃,反应时间为D2×2h;(2)皂化成盐阶段:ZnO过量E3%,ZnO加料温度为F3℃,反应温度为90℃,反应时间为3h;(3)过滤助滤剂B3型。采用优选条件后,提高了产品质量,降低了生产成本,并解决了困扰多年的生产过滤难的问题。

Abstract:Best industrial preparing conditions were found by analysis on influence factors to ZDDP T203.The conditions were:(1) acid accumulator making stage:the phosphorus and sulfur ratio of P2S5 was A1~A2, the mole ratio of octanol and P2S5 was C2∶1, the temperature of octanol was 85℃, reaction temperature was 95℃, reaction time was D2×2h;(2) saponification stage:ZnO was overdose E3%, temperature of ZnO was F3℃, reaction temperature was 90℃, reaction time was 3h.(3) filter aid was type B3.The optimized conditions were help to advance product quality, decrease the producing cost, and solve the filtering problem which bothered years.
