| 摘 要： | 以HPLC法为参比,分别采用重量法和滴定法测定甘草酸粗品中甘草酸含量,结果表明,滴定法和HPLC法相比,偏差的绝对值小于4%,可以实现简易、快速、准确测定的目的.

| Abstract: | Glycyrrhizic acid in crude glycyrrhizic acid was determined and compared with the gravimetric method and the titrimetric method based on HPLC.The results showed that the latter method was more simple,rapid,accurate,and was suitable for the quality control. |
