河北省节水灌溉的推广目标与研究方向

河北省属于极度贫水地区，水资源短缺已成为制约经济发展的重要因素，使有限的水资源发挥出最大效益，是缓解河北省水资源危机的重要途径。本文分析了河北省在节水灌溉推广与研究中存在的几个问题，并从实际情况出发，提出了节水灌溉的推广目标与研究方向。作者认为，应该切实坚持因地制宜、注重实效、工程措施与非工程措施并举的原则，按灌区的具体特点制定出不同的推广目标，对于先进的地面灌溉、喷灌、微灌应遵照各自的适用条件进行推广；今后的研究重点是地面灌水技术、覆膜灌溉综合技术体系、灌溉决策及非充分灌溉技术的持续与深入，作为技术储备的渗灌技术应用研究。

The Spreading Objective and Research Orientation of Water-Saving Irrigation in Hebei Province

Water shortage is a critical limit factor to economical development in Hebei province. The water-saving irrigation is an important method to mitigate water resources crisis. In this paper,existing problems in the spreading and research of the water-saving irrigation are analyzed,and the spreading objective and the research orientation are presented. The author considers that the adaptability principle must be kept for the spreading advanced surface irrigation technology,sprinkling irrigation and micro-irrigation. For the future,important research problems in water-saving irrigation are the surface irrigation technology,the technology systematic of irrigation with plastic mulch,the irrigation decision,the deficit irrigation and the subsurface irrigation.
