Study of Legal Problems in Operation with Special Permission of Gas Station

Operation with special permission is the operation which takes a trade name, operation management system as the core and operates strictly in accordance with contract. Oil products market in developed countries have performed significantly for the industry with standard operation mode, while the development of operation with special permission of gas station at home is less than satisfactory. This paper, in view of law, analyzed real problems existed in operation with special permission of gas stations of petrochemical industry, hoping it is helpful for improving this operation of petrochemical industry and standardize oil products market competition.
