HEV驱动电机检测系统的设计

摘    要:为了对HEV驱动电机的性能进行研究,开发了基于虚拟仪器的HEV驱动电机的检测与分析系统。该系统以DSPTMS320F2812为控制核心,以LabVIEW为检测系统的开发平台,以CAN通信为系统通信模块,实现了对HEV驱动电机的检测及控制,并提供了数据分析、数据存储、故障保护等功能。试验结果表明该系统具有较高的控制精度及测试效率。

Abstract:To improve the repeatability and efficiency of the testing of HEV cherry-motor,a detection and analysis system of HEV motor is developed based on CAN network. Motor control module, signal acquisition module and communication module based on CAN communication is designed according to DSPTMS320F2812, which is the control core of the system;besides the inspection and measurement system of the superior is exploited under the platform of LABVIEW,reali zing the detection and control of the HEV cherry-motor;also the function of data analysis and fault protection is provided. The testing results show that the system has high control accuracy and testing efficiency.
