摘    要:为实现对水质进行实时监测分析,设计了基于虚拟仪器的双波长流通池式分光光度计。光度计是以Cortex-M3内核的微处理器为核心,以μC/OS-II为操作系统,融合了数控恒流源和等精度测频的技术,通过USB接口与PC进行通信,实现了水质检测数据的计算机自动采集、处理、显示和存储等功能,通过更换反应试剂和LED光源,即可实现铁离子、亚硝酸盐或其他可发生显色反应的目标物的分析。实验表明,该光度计操作方便、快速、灵敏,稳定性好,适用于水质的在线连续监测。

Abstract:To realize the real-time and on-line monitoring of water quality,a spectrophotometer with flow cell and dual wavelength based on virtual instrument has been designed and fabricated.The microprocessor with Cortex-M3 kernel and the μC/OS-II were used as the core and the operating system,respectively.The numerical control constant current source and equal precision frequency testing technique were also applied.The data were transferred by the USB interface,and data acquisition,processing,display and storage were realized automatically.It could realize the analysis of iron,nitrite,or other color reaction target by the replacement of the reagents and the LED light source.The experimental result showed that the spectrophotometer was convenient,sensitive and stable,it could be suitable for the on-line monitoring.
