混合编程在实时超声无损检测中的应用

摘    要:超声无损检测中数据采集和与电脑之间的数据传输是人机交互进行的,对数据文件的分析也常是在检测之后。为了实现超声数据采集和缺陷类型智能识别的同步,采用了VC++和MATLAB混合编程的方法对采集的超声数据进行实时处理。该方法结合了VC++能直接与计算机硬件交互数据和MATLAB有强大运算能力的优势,对采集的超声数据进行实时分析。并结合小波分析和神经网络进行了实验,证明该方法能实现超声实时检测和缺陷智能识别。

Abstract:Data acquisition in ultrasonic NDT and data transfer between the computer are under human-computer interac-tion,and the analysis of the data file is also after detection. In order to achieve synchronization of ultrasonic data acquisi- tion and identification of the defect type,VC++ and MATLAB complex programming approach was used for processing ultrasound data in real-time. Its combined advantages of VC++ can interact data with computer hardware directly and MATLAB have a strong computing ability, obtain the ultrasound real-time data analysis. And combined with wavelet analysisand neural network experiment proves that the method can realize real-time ultrasonic detection and intelligent defect identification.
