| 摘 要： | 以V/F转换的电荷平衡理论基础为依托,介绍了一种由VFC42为核心设计的V/F转换电路。利用VFC42转换电路的线性度好,转换精度高、温度漂移低的可靠特性,成功的应用于石油工业的电缆测井行业中,将检测到的温度模拟信号转换成数字频率信号,使其适合于远距离的电缆中进行准确、可靠的传输,解决了模拟信号的远距离可靠传输问题,实现了地层温度的实时监测。

| Abstract: | This paper introduce a V/F transfer circuit made of VFC42 based the V/F conversion charge equation theory.The conversion circuit have been applied to the wireline logging business in peroleum industry transfer analogy temperature signal to digital frequence coder with the good linearity,highly conversion precision and lower temperature drift charcateristics.It solves the long-distance transmit of analogy tempertaure signal and realize detecting on time of the formation tempertaure. |
