基于MEMS传感器的船载天线振动监测系统研究

摘    要:针对传统结构振动监测系统存在设计复杂、体积大、功耗高等问题,设计一种基于MEMS传感器的船载测控系统天线结构振动监测系统,提出了一种多节点、远距离结构振动监测系统设计方案,并结合振动传感器选型、振动监测系统软件设计和硬件设计三方面进行了研究。该系统可完成对振动信号的实时采集与分析,并已成功应用到船载测控系统天线振动信号检测中,满足系统指标要求,为船载测控系统天线进行故障诊断和维修奠定基础。

Abstract:This paper introduces the design of structure vibration monitoring system of shipborne TT&C system antenna based on MEMS sensor,which focuses on the traditional one’s problem that existed design complexity,bulky,high power consumption and so on.The conceptual design of multimode and long-distance structure vibration monitoring system is proposed,and it makes a study on selection of monitoring sensor,software and hardware designing of the vibration monitoring system,then the design flow for the structure vibration monitoring system is presented.According to experimental results,the system can collect vibration signal with range from 0.002g to 20g effectively,which complete real-time acquisition and analysis of vibration signals,and it achieves the expected effect,it provides the theory basis for fault diagnosis and repair of the shipborne TT&C system.
