EMC传导发射测试测量不确定度评定

摘    要:根据实验室测试环境及测试仪器,依据标准JFF1059—1999《测量不确定度的评定与表示》及CNAS-GL01:2006《电磁干扰测量中不确定度的评定指南》,对GJB152A—97中的相关测试项进行测量不确定度评定,得到了合理、准确的测量不确定度。通过分析影响不确定度的各种因素,提出几点建议,为实验室在进行测试时合理减小测量不确定度提供思路。

Abstract:According to the laboratory test environment and test instrument,this paper assess the measurement uncertainty of GJB152A—97 related test item based on the standard JFF1059—1999"Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement"and"Guidance on Evaluating the Uncertainty in Electromagnetic Interference Measurement",and get a reasonable and accurate of the uncertainty of measurement.Through the analysis of uncertainty for the influence of various factors,the paper give several suggestions and provide ideas for laboratory in reasonable to minimize uncertainty while testing.
