基于频谱分析的传动减速箱故障诊断技术研究

摘    要:通过对船载测控系统中传动减速箱的振动信号频谱提取方法研究,提出了基于频谱分析的减速箱故障诊断方法。利用计算机辅助仿真对减速箱中太阳轮缺齿故障进行了数据模拟,得出了具有较强抗噪声干扰能力的故障诊断特征,并对太阳轮局部缺齿损伤进行故障诊断试验。结果表明:该故障特征能较好地诊断出传动减速箱系统的齿轮故障。

Abstract:Through studying on methods for extracting rumble spectrum in the deceleration gear case of shipborne TTC system.The fault diagnosis technology of deceleration gear case based on spectrum analysis is put forward.After simulating the deceleration sun gear box missing teeth fault by computer-aided simulation,characteristics of fault diagnosis with stronger anti-noise jamming ability is presented.And fault diagnosis experiment in the sun gear of local missing teeth damage is carried out.The results show that the method of deceleration gear case's fault diagnosis is effective by simulation and experimentation.
