摘    要:将聚氨酯丙烯酸酯齐聚物(PUA)与过氯乙烯(CPVC)共混制成渗透汽化膜并用来分离乙醇水溶液发现。膜优先透水,聚氨酯丙烯酸酯齐聚物的量增加,透过速率增大而分离系数减小;采用369和GPS的混合物作光敏剂、TMPTA作活性稀释剂则分离系数上升而透过速率下降。活性稀释剂的用量遥一个合适的范围。

Abstract:The UV Curing polyurethane(PUA) was blended with chlorinated polyvinyl chloride(CPVC) for Pervaporation membranes, which were used to separate ethanol water mixture. The results show that water is preferential solution and permselectivity in the membrane,the total flux increases but separation factor decreases when the ratio of PUA is raised, while using 369 mixed with GPS as photo initator and TMPTA as active diluent can draw an opposite conclution. The amount of ctive diluent exists a appropriate range.
