摘    要:本文简单介绍了风力发电技术的发展趋势,以及全功率变流风力发电系统的结构和特点,结合IGBT、IGCT的工作原理和性能,分析了IGBT和IGCT器件在风力发电变流器中的应用,最终得出结论,IGCT凭借其在电压和功率等级、效率、可靠性以及变流器结构设计等方面具有显著的特点和优势,更适合风电变流器的应用要求。
