| 摘 要： | 介绍了电液比例阀计算机辅助测试系统的硬件构成,将NI公司的虚拟仪器软件LabVIEW 8.0应用于本系统,根据电液比例阀特性测试项目的要求,运用模块化的思想设计开发了测试系统软件,并给出了测试结果。从结果可以看出,利用虚拟仪器技术开发的比例阀计算机辅助测试系统能够精确高效地完成电液比例阀特性的测试工作。

| Abstract: | The hardware structure of electro-hydraulic proportional valve computer aided testing system was introduced.LabVIEW 8.0 of the Virtual Instrument software explored by NI Co.was applied in this system. According to the request of the testing items of electro-hydraulic proportional valve, software structure of this testing system was established by modeling, and the result of testing system was showed. We can make out through the example,the result shows that this electro-hydraulicproportional valve computer aided testing system developed through virtual instrument can finish the measurement task with higher accuracy and efficiency. |
