自由锚杆中超声导波的最优激发波研究

摘    要:为了选择自由锚杆中超声导波的最优激发波,利用组装的超声导波无损检测系统,用R6和R3组成不同组合的探头对1.3m的自由锚杆进行了40~100kHz频率导波测试,周期为1~5。结果表明,最佳探头组合是R6-R6,最优激发波周期为5,最佳测试波频率范围为40~50kHz;再用R6-R6组合5个周期激发波在40-50kHz频率范围进行检测,确定最优激发波频率为45kHz。结果与理论分析基本吻合,可为锚固锚杆和缺陷检测提供依据。

Study on Optimum Excitation Wave of Ultrasonic Guided Wave in Free Rock Bolt

Abstract:In order to choose the optimum excitation wave of ultrasonic guided wave in free rock bolt, the ultrasonic guided waveforms in 1. 3 m long free rock bolt were tested using the assembled ultrasonic guided wave non-destructive test system with R6 and R3 four different probe combination forms were tested using different frequencies (from 40 kHz to 100 kHz) and from 1 to 5 cycles. The result shows that the optimum probe combination form is R6 and R6, the optimum excitation wave cycle was 5, the optimum frequency range was from 40 kHz to 50 kHz ; then, this rock bolt was tested with R6 -R6, 5 cycles, from 40 - 50 kHz. The result shows that the optimum excitation wave frequency is 45 kHz. The experimental results generally agree with the theoretical analysis. The result lays the foundation for testing in grouted rock bolt and detecting defection.
