应力波法在输油管道检漏系统中的应用

摘    要:介绍了应力波法在输油管道泄漏检测系统中的应用。在不法分子凿击输油管道的过程中或输油管道由于自然原因突然发生泄漏时,产生的应力波会沿着管道向两端传播,利用管道两端的传感器采集应力波信号,并进行小波去噪,然后根据应力波到达两个传感器的时间差对冲击激励点进行定位。实验测试与实际运行结果表明,本检测系统定位平均误差小于0.22m,判断准确率高达90%以上,能够较准确检测输油管道的泄源点。

Application of Stress Wave Method in Pipeline Leak Detection System

Abstract:This article mainly introduces the application of stress wave method in pipeline leak detection system. When the offenders stroke the pipeline or the pipeline leaks suddenly as a result of natural causes, the stress wave will spread to both sides along the pipeline. Then we will use the sensors to acquisition of stress wave signal for wavelet denoising and positioning. Experimental testing and practical results show that the average of the positioning error in this detection system is less than 0.22 m, the accuracy rate is higher than 90%. This method can achieve the purpose of detection and location well.
