| 摘 要： | 研究了用柠檬醛和苄氯相转移催化合成苄基缩柠檬醛的新方法,然后用选择性还原剂NaBH4还原,获得了性能稳定的缓释性醇类香料。醛收率不低于91％,醇收率可达92．6％,产品纯度一般可在96％左右。

| Abstract: | The new methot for synthesis of benzyl citral by phase transfer catalysis from citral and benzyl chlorid is studied. After that slow unhurried aromatics of steady alcohol is acquired use reducer NaBH 4 by selective reduction. The yield of aldehyde was over 91%.The yield of alcohol can reach 92.6%.The purity of product is about 96%. |
