原子吸收标准加入法测定食品保鲜剂中微量钾

摘    要:采用火焰原子吸收光谱标准加入法测定食品保鲜剂中微量钾元素,并以原子吸收工作站处理有关数据和图表。本方法适于工厂实验室快速分析,特征浓度为10.7μg/mL。1%检出极限为0.567μg/mL,回收率为98.4%。

Abstract:A method of detemination of micro amount kalium in food keep fresher by the standard of the atomic absorption spectrometry and directly showed curve of stadard add analytical results by atomic absorption work station was introduced. This method was suitable to rapid analysis of the laboratory in fatry. The results showed that the characteristic concentration was 10.7 μg/mL. The detection limit was 0. 567 μg/ml and recovery was 98.4%
