汽车覆盖件拉延模型面设计质量模糊综合评判

摘    要:汽车覆盖件拉延工序设计被称为薄板冲压成形领域的设计“黑箱”问题 ,而拉延模型面设计是其中的核心内容。由于设计因素的复杂多样性 ,该工作目前主要依靠专家的经验知识完成 ,对设计结果只能进行定性的分析。在应用模糊数学的基础上 ,首先通过确定影响覆盖件拉延模型面设计的因素集、因素权重集、备择集和评判矩阵 ,解决了专家设计经验知识的量化问题 ;然后建立起二级模糊综合评判方法 ,为拉延模型面设计提供系统、科学的设计质量评判手段 ,并为该工作在将来实现设计自动化创造了条件。行李箱后盖拉延模型面设计质量模糊综合评判实例证明 ,该方法是可行的。

Abstract:The design of drawing process for automobile panel is called as design "black box"in sheet metal forming domain,while the die-face design of drawing die is the key part. Because of the complexity and multiplicity of the design factors, the design is completed mainly by expert's experiences and the design quality is analyzed qualitatively instead of quantitatively. Based on Fuzzy Mathematics, the Factor Set, Factor Weight Set, Evaluation Set and Evaluation Matrix are set up firstly so as to the quantification of expert's experiences is solved. Then the method of two-stage fuzzy synthetic evaluation is established in order to supply the evaluating method of design quality for die-face systematically and scientifically, and provides the basis of automatical design in the future. This method is proved to be wholly practical by the example,in which the die-face design quality of trunk-lid is evaluated with two-stage fuzzy synthetic evaluation.
